Stuffed peppers have long been popular, and therefore have many different variations. If you have not tried this, this recipe exactly linger in your list of favorites, and if you tried, then you can do safely say that after such a dinner, and children, and the parents will be pleased.

Prepare the peppers, cut and remove the inner cap. Remains chop peppers.
Finely chop the onion, zucchini, carrots (you can rub on a large grater).
Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Sauté all together.
