Juicy chicken cutlets in crunchy breading with aromatic stuffing

What better home cutlets?

fresh basil or dill

3 garlic cloves
50 oz. breadcrumbs

Preparation:

Minced chicken mixed with chopped onions.

Season cutlet mass of ground sweet paprika, hops-suneli, salt and pepper.

Pour the cold cream. Thoroughly knead minced few minutes and remove for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

For the filling butter room temperature, mixed with finely chopped basil and fennel.

Skip through the press garlic directly into the oil.
Stir all the ingredients of the filling. Prepare the filling into 6 equal parts.

Getting cutlets.
