50 grams - dark chocolate with 50% cocoa

Glaze

50 grams - dark chocolate with 50% cocoa
25 grams - milk
25 grams - butter

To decorate

Strawberry optional

Dipped in icing cupcakes and decorate with a slice of strawberry.

I usually dip the cupcakes in the glaze once to give the glaze to dry and dip a second time. Since the glaze falls smoothly and more dense layer.
