Greetings to everyone on my channel.
Here is an area for those who are losing weight and those who love to eat deliciously, but keep an eye on their figure.
And on my channel, I talk about my experience of losing weight and share recipes for dishes on which I have already lost weight by 57 kg in a year and a half, eating low-calorie dishes, but this makes them no less tasty and counting the eaten calories. At the same time, I eat everything, including PP baked goods.
But today is not about that.
I want to share with you a recipe for a quick charlotte in a frying pan - this is a great cooking option when sudden guests are already ringing at the door, and you have nothing for tea. Well, or you just want not to bother with the oven and rather try charlotte with tea.
Let's cook!
✅We need the following products:
- apples 2 pcs (170 g),
- 2 chicken eggs,
- 50 g of yogurt or kefir,
- 70 g flour (I have about half of rice and oatmeal),
- a pinch of vanilla and cinnamon,
- 1/3 tsp baking powder.
Let's start cooking.
First, beat two eggs until foamy.
Add 50 g of natural yogurt (or kefir) to the eggs, a sweetener to taste (I have 5 sachets / sachet) and a pinch of vanillin.
Add flour and 1/3 teaspoon baking powder. I added almost half of the rice and oat flour and mixed everything well.
Cut the apples into fairly thin slices.
We pass to the stove.
Lubricate the non-stick pan with a drop of olive oil.
Place the apples on the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Pour the dough over the apples, cover and bake over low heat for 7-10 minutes.
Then turn over and bake for another 5 minutes on the other side.
Make sure you don't get burnt.
