As far as I can remember, I always lose weight, always on diets.
And after each diet (I do not argue, they brought their results), I got better again, because I returned to my normal diet.
I eat a little, why am I recovering again, I did not understand. Now then I understand why.
I have already given an example about the amount of food, very illustrative. I advise all the little ones to read article by link - maybe someone will understand their mistakes in nutrition and answer to themselves the question "why am I getting better, although I eat little".
Losing weight, and most importantly keeping the weight, it is possible that you do not only need to eat buckwheat and boiled breast, wrap one cabbage with carrots.
Counting calories and maintaining a calorie deficit allowed me to lose 60 kg in 2 years. At the same time, for all the time I had no breakdowns and the desire to quit everything. This is because it tastes good to me, I am full, and the result is pleasing. In addition, I allowed myself to go to cafes, and sushi, and kebabs and alcohol.
Calorie deficiency and balance of BJU - makes it possible to lose weight tasty and satisfying, indulge in your favorite dishes, indulge yourself with sweets.
No diet gave me such a result, especially such a long one.
But we must understand - we want to preserve our result - we control our eating behavior. Moreover, having experience in calorie counting is as easy as shelling pears.
Do you remember that it's a leap year? I donβt believe in omens and everything else. But then... no matter how a leap year something happens in the world, in the country.

Moving on to the menu for today.
For breakfast I cooked scrambled eggs in pita bread with cheese - one of my favorite breakfasts, and the family got hooked on such scrambled eggs. Because it is tasty and satisfying.
I needed 40 g of pita bread, 30 g of cheese, 80 g of an egg and some green onions per serving.
Breakfast came out on 355 kcal.
Today is Thursday - Maundy Thursday. So let's get out.
Although while we are sitting at home, everyone, probably, everything glitters. Launched everything that was possible and not once, right? π
But I cleaned up anyway, refreshed it so to speak.
You can just have a snack.
Recently, I am drawn to harm.
So for a snack it would be better if I ate fruit, but no.
For a snack, I ate rye bread (15 g, one regular, the second thin) with squash caviar (55 g) and homemade ham (70 g).
Turned out on 215 kcal snack. Of course, I washed it all down with green tea.
If I had been told two years ago that I would drink green tea, and even in such quantities, I would not have believed it! I couldn't stand him, what nasty I said. And now I have found my own taste - this is green tea with jasmine and I cannot live without it.
After a bite, I did a little work. The work is getting worse and worse. Probably, like many now.
From yesterday's dinner, I had a chicken roll with cheese (160 g), to which I boiled bulgur (100 g boiled) and cut vegetables (130 g - cherry tomatoes and cucumber).
Here's lunch for 420 kcal.
But for dinner I have a salad. And many will now say - this is not a PP!!!
And I do not suffer from "PP of the brain" and sometimes allow myself. What? Crab sticks! And the salad with them is delicious, light, fresh!
250g salad with crab sticks, seasoned with 30g soft cottage cheese - 310 kcal.
In the evening over tea I ate 40 g of dates - 110 kcal.
And the day turned out to be 1410 kcal.
As always, I drink my water norm - for me it is 2 liters of water.
I resumed physical exercises after a few days of interruption.
And do not forget about skin care - it is very important for those who are losing weight with a lot of weight.
And would you advise some kind, fresh comedies for the whole family or horror movies that are just scary, scary, so that you can look from under the blanket with one eye?
