Climbed today to the cellar for cucumbers and remembered a very simple cookie recipe on the brine.
Recipe old, my grandma used to bake more cookies so that the brine does not pour. All that being said, for the future.
Cookies on the brine turns preparing tasty and surprisingly simple. Do not need no butter, no milk.
Budget option cookies, try.
For the preparation you will need:
- brine (any)-1 cup
- vegetable oil, 0.5-1 glass
- sugar-0.5-1 glass
- flour, 300 gr. (Maybe more)
- baking soda 1 tsp or 2 teaspoons baking powder
Preparation.
Pour the brine into a comfortable capacity (in my circle) and diluted therein tsp soda. Ideally, the brine must be clear (not cloudy).
Pour the brine into a cup and add the sugar, oil, flour and knead a stiff dough.
Put the dough on the table grease the hands with vegetable oil to the dough to not stuck his hands. Roll out dough into a fluffy patty (width not less than 1 cm).
Take the mold and doing circles. Shaped cookie can do any.
We spread the resulting circles on baking, the laid parchment paper and oiled.
Bake in a preheated oven until golden at 200 degrees.
Cookies baked quickly, so do not go far.
The finished cookies can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
Cookies on the brine does not contain animal fats, therefore it is considered lean and you can have in post.
Bon Appetit!
