When the start we have extreme cold, I like heat and domestic hot bread. And I turn on the oven and bake white bread.
This recipe home white bread I borrowed from my mom.
It is quite easy to prepare, at no cost, is obtained with soft golden crispy crust.
For the preparation of white bread are needed:
- Boiled water, 0.5 l.
- G-2-3 hours. l.
- sugar 6 tablespoons. l.
- vegetable oil, 2-3 tbsp. l.
- dry yeast 2 hours. l.
- flour 1 kg (maybe more)
We proceed to the preparation of bread.
In deep tank pour pint of boiling hot water.
Further, salt, sugar and vegetable oil.
Memorable add dry yeast. All the mix.
Then we introduce the flour and knead a stiff dough.
When the dough becomes thick and spoon will be impossible to get in the way, then lay it on the table with flour. Hands grease with vegetable oil and continue to knead the dough until then, until when pressed it will not start spring (this process will take no more than 10 minutes).
Now give dough cool. To do this, leave it on the table for about 20 minutes (it is better to cover the dough with something that is not covered with a crust).
Next, divide the dough into two parts, and shifts in the high-temperature form, greased with vegetable oil (I have such a large number of turns two loaves of bread). In a warm room the dough rises faster than ever.
When the dough rises in the form of 2/3 volume of water lubricates the top (not burned crust) and send a pre-heated oven (200 degrees).
At the bottom of the baking oven set or form with water, lowers the temperature and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 degrees (depending on the height of the mold) but not higher than 200 degrees.
White homemade bread is ready!
We obtain the form from the oven and grease the top with vegetable oil. We give bread to cool slightly and then has spread from the mold.
Bread obtained with a pleasant sweet taste without the usual us sour rye bread. With golden crisp and eaten with a great pleasure.
