And as soon as I tried it, immediately I realized that the need to replenish the treasury of my recipes this little culinary masterpiece).

To roll I'll need:

  • Shpinat- 1 pack (frozen)
  • Yaytsa- 3 pcs.
  • Creamy Syr 300-350 gr.
  • Sour cream 100g.
  • Flour -50 gr.
  • Semga- 200g.

First you need to defrost the spinach (today in the store to compare prices of frozen 1 upakovka- 90 rubles, fresh spinach -1 packaging -175 rubles) .T.k. spinach in the cooking process will be whipped, and even heat treatment will take place, I do not see sense to overpay.

In three separate the proteins from egg yolks. Whisk together the egg yolks with spinach, add to the flour mixture and continue whisking. Salt, pepper.

Now separately whisk proteins in peaks and slowly introduce the whipped protein and spinach-egg mixture. Spatula gently mix everything. Baking need to lay parchment paper, top with spinach mixture and smooth. I get the mixture evenly on the largest baking oven. Layer was 4-5 mm. I put in a preheated oven to 180 c. For 10-15 minutes. The dough will rise slightly. It should not dry out and remain sufficiently flexible.

Until the mixture in the oven, I whip the cream cheese, add to 100 grams. sour cream. Cheese is very thick, if not diluted, it can then just break our dough.

Cut into small pieces of salmon.

Pull spinach dough (mixture it is no longer called) from the oven, carefully remove the paper. It cools it in a few minutes.

Spreadable cream dough,

I stack on top of slices of salmon.

I fold the dough into a roll, twists it in parchment paper, and put them in the fridge for a few hours. Roll to cool down and keep the shape.

Cut the loaf to the table. Its texture is very tender, I can assure that guests will appreciate your efforts.

There is a simplified version that does not have enough time for cooking, you can take a pita bread, spread it with cream, on top of the fish, roll in roll and ready !!) But that's another story!)
