Very simple recipe of delicious cutlets of fillet of white fish with onions - delicious and juicy!

Ingredients:

2 pcs. fish fillets (pollock, halibut, etc.)
onion
egg
a pinch of black pepper
2 pinches salt

0.5 hours. l. a mixture of peppers
2 tbsp. l. flour
vegetable oil

Preparation:


Fillet of any white fish cut into small pieces.

Onions, peel and chop into cubes.

In a bowl put the fish, onion, egg and flour.

Season with salt, pepper and other spices.

Stir for beef patties and fish if the mixture is too liquid, add 1 tbsp. l. flour.

Preheat a frying pan in vegetable oil.

Hot oil to spread in a spoon fish mass as the dough for pancakes or pancakes.

Fry the cutlets side until light brown crust over medium heat.

Flip fragrant cutlets on the other side, press the top of the shoulder blade and fry for another 3 minutes.

Done!

Serve cutlets of fish with mashed potatoes, boiled rice and fresh vegetable salad.
