WITHOUT OVEN. Funky Chocolate Cake! Chic and easy to do! It is very gentle, tasty and looks simply gorgeous. Berries and fruits are suitable any at your discretion fresh, canned or even frozen. It's simple, we collect the cake, wait until it hardens and serve it to the table.

Recipe:

Sour cream -700g.

Water -100ml.

Gelatin -15 gr.

Powdered sugar -120-150g.

Strawberry -150g.

Canned peaches -150g.

For chocolate pancakes:

Milk -300ml.

Water - 200 ml.

Cocoa powder -20g.

Eggs-2pcs.

Sugar -2-3 tbsp

Flour -180 gr.

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Vegetable oil -2 tbsp

COOKING METHOD

First, let's make some chocolate pancakes. Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add 2-3 tbsp. sugar, 1 pack of vanilla sugar, 1/3 tsp. salt and beat with a whisk until a little foam appears.

Let's move aside. Pour 300 ml of milk into another bowl and pour in 200 ml of boiling water, mix. Pour milk and water into the eggs and mix, add 20 grams of cocoa powder and 180 grams of flour. Mix with a whisk until smooth.

Now pour in 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and mix, leave the dough to stand for 20 minutes and bake pancakes, I have a frying pan with a diameter of 24 cm.

Let's prepare the filler, I have fresh strawberries and canned peaches today, cut into cubes. Approximately 150 grams each. Prepare gelatin according to the instructions, I have an instant one, I have a bag weighing 10 grams. added per 500 ml.

Pour 100 ml hot water into a bowl, put 15 grams of gelatin and stir. Put sour cream of any fat in a bowl, the fatter the more delicious it will be, add 120 grams of powdered sugar, if you like sweeter, you can add more. Stir with a whisk, now pour in the prepared gelatin and mix again.

To make a cake, you need 10 pancakes. We take a detachable form, cover with cling film. My shape is 20 cm in diameter. Put 1 pancake on the bottom, take suitable bowls and put pancakes in them, for convenience.

And pour 3-4 tablespoons into each pancake. cream, sprinkle with fruit on top, make such a bag.

Pour about 1 ladle of cream on the bottom of the form and now fill the form with bags of pancakes, put it next to each other. I have 8 such bags in my form.

Press lightly, add the remaining fruits and fill with the remaining cream. Cover with pancake on top. We cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator until completely solidified.

Now that the cake has frozen, remove it from the mold, turn it over onto a plate. We decorate at your discretion, I am Polina with melted milk chocolate, with the addition of a small amount of milk and decorated with strawberries.

Cut into portions and serve. This is how it turns out to be unusual in the context and of course very tasty. Experiment with fillings and get different flavors every time. I also like this cherry cake.
