What a yummy! Very, very recommended!
Ingredients:
500 gr. meat (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, etc.)
1 kg potato
onion
carrot
salt
pepper
For noodle:
Article 0.5. yogurt
1/4 h. l. soda
Flour - how many will take the dough

salt
Preparation:
1. Onions and carrots chop and fry.
2. Meat cut into medium-sized pieces, send the pan in frying, salt and pepper to taste.
All together fry, then pour a little water and simmer until tender.
When the water is evaporated - add more meat to tushilos.
2. Cook noodle.
Pour into a bowl of yogurt, add salt and soda, whip.
3. Then add the flour parts, so much so that it did not work very stiff dough.
Roll the dough into a ball and leave for 15 minutes.
3. Potatoes are cleaned, cut into slices and fry.
Fry until cooked is not necessary.
4. The meat at this time should be almost ready, so send potatoes to meat.
Top up with water - the number chosen at their discretion.
You can not fry the potatoes and and put crude - but fried is delicious.
5. Roll the dough quite thin layer and rub it with oil.

6. Slitting roll into small pieces of about 1.5 cm thickness.
7. Bring the potatoes with the meat until cooked, then put the potatoes on top of the noodle.

Add salt to taste.
Close the bowl with a lid, cook on minimum heat for about 15 minutes.
8. Noodle with meat ready!
Serve hot as a table, if desired sprinkle with fresh herbs on top.
