COOKING METHOD
To begin, put to boil wheat groats 50 grams to half, I have to take comfort in a bag filled with water and cook for 15-20 minutes. We prepare all else during this time. 200 grams of fresh cabbage finely cut.

Add 500 grams of minced meat, minced 1 onion using a blender and add to the stuffing.

Form the patties stuffed in the form. I have obtained from a given quantity of minced cabbage weighing 10 to 90 grams. Put on a baking oiled at a small distance from each other.
In a bowl put 200 grams of sour cream, add 2 tbsp tomato paste, skip 3 garlic cloves through the garlic press, pour 200 ml of water, adding salt, spice black pepper I mix.
Fill lazy cabbage rolls, cover with foil and put in preheated oven.
Preparing a foil 30 min, then remove the foil and bake an additional 20 minutes until ready. These can be prepared in stuffed multivarka first 30 minutes on a quenching mode, followed by 20 minutes on a baking mode. Or in a pan on low heat until done 20-30 minutes.
