Not far off the main Orthodox holiday - Easter. I propose to prepare a tasty, tender, lush, fragrant rolls, which are unlikely to someone will be left untouched.
INGREDIENTS
For Opara:
Water - 100 ml.
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Yeast - 30 grams. (Or 10 g dry)
Flour - 1 tbsp
For the dough:
milk - 500 ml.
Butter - 100 ml.
Flour - 900- 1100 g
Sugar - 150 c.
Salt - ½ tsp
Egg - 1 pc.
Syrup for lubrication:
Hot water - 50 ml.
Sugar - 2 tbsp
COOKING METHOD
To begin, prepare the brew into a glass pour warm water, add sugar, raw yeast, flour, mix all, and put in a warm place for 15 minutes.
While dough is suitable, melt the butter, milk podogreem.
In a bowl pour the brew, add salt, sugar, butter, milk, 1 egg, mix well. Begin to introduce flour, kneading the dough.
Close the lid and the dough with a towel and send it in a warm place to rise.
1-1,5 hours to tamp the dough again and leave to rise, the next time the dough rises faster 30 minutes. So tamp the dough 3-4 times.
Sprinkle with flour and spread the dough ready, rolled in flour and divide into equal pieces, and each piece of the ball do.
Form the buns.
Roll out 5-7mm thick circle, lubricates melted butter, sprinkle sugar.
Fold in half.

Put on a baking sheet and let the buns to rise well.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Prepare syrup for lubricating rolls, pour into a beaker of hot water and add sugar and mix. Brush the buns ready.
Serve with tea buns ready for tea.
