The most delicious yogurt in the thin pancakes. Simply delicious! A particularly gentle, lush, and with lots of holes. They are delicious to eat even just like that, without filling. And if you still sour cream or jam, you generally can not stop.
Ingredients :
Kefir -350ml.
Water -350 ml of boiling water.
Egg 2 pcs.
Sugar - 2st.l.
Soda - 1 / 2ch.l.
Salt - 1 / 2chl.
Flour - 250g.
Vegetable oil -3st.l.
-By salt to taste
Cooking method :
The bowl pour 350 ml hot kefir mandatory or at least room temperature, add half teaspoon baking soda, stir and give kefir with soda stand for 5-6 minutes, so soda is a good time to repay.
It took 6 min split 2 eggs, add half a teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons sugar and mix all. Add 250 grams of sifted flour, mix the dough until smooth, to avoid lumps. Now, pour 350 ml of boiling water and quickly all mix well. Adding 3 tablespoons oil and is immediately ready for baking pancakes.
Warms the pan well, pour the batter and fry pancakes on high heat on both sides until golden brown.
