Octopus spaghetti and minced meat

The originality of the dishes captivates both adults and children. The dish is simple, can be prepared for lunch or dinner. Octopussy turn out very tasty, tender, soft.

INGREDIENTS

  • spaghetti - 50-100 gr.
  • onion -2 pcs.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • tablespoon tomato paste -2
  • Garlic - 3zub.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.
  • black pepper
  • dried herbs
  • for stuffing:
  • minced -500 gr.
  • Garlic - 2 the tooth.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • butter - 2 tablespoons
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper
  • Step by step recipe for cooking
  • Grind blender 2 garlic cloves and onion 1. In a bowl put the minced 500 grams, add 2 tbsp softened butter. Put ½ tsp salt, black pepper and stir. Spaghetti divide in half. Take the minced make a cake, put a bunch of spaghetti from 15-16 pieces and obvorachivaem the middle. From this amount of minced octopus I get 12-13 pieces. 60 gr.
    1-2 bulbs we shall cut cubes. Carrots grate. In a bowl put 2 tbsp tomato paste, tomato ketchup I and fill with water to 200 ml, mix.
    The pan pour vegetable oil 3-4 tablespoons, put the onion and fry until transparent, add the carrots and fry all together for 1-2 minutes. Pouring the diluted tomato paste, add 3 cloves passed through the press and extinguish all together 5 minutes. Put prepared octopus. Fill it with water to octopus almost disappeared in the water. Add half tsp salt, put bay leaves, black pepper, since the boiling extinguish all on medium heat for 20-25 minutes, until cooked. Sprinkle with herbs.
