Soup with rice. (Sup the middle Kharcho). Delicious soup with meat and rice, which I used to cook at home. Soup turns nourishing, flavorful and delicious.
INGREDIENTS
- Beef on the bone - 500g.
- Water - 2L
- Rice - 3st.l. (50p).
- 1pc carrots.
- Onion 1pc.
- Tomato (large) -1pc (3st.l. or tomato sauce)
- Garlic - 2zub.
- Sol -1 / 2ch.l.
- Bay leaf -2pieces.
- Hops-suneli - 1 / 2ch.l.
- Step by step recipe for cooking
- In a saucepan put the beef on the bone. Fill it with water and put on fire. Remove scum. Cook for half an hour until cooked meat over medium heat. Wash 3 tablespoons rice. And add to the prepared meat and cook for 12-15 minutes until cooked rice. During this time, one small carrot we shall cut cubes. Onion we shall cut cubes. One large tomato cut in half, take half and grate, peel remove it will not be needed.
The pan pour vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp put onion fry until translucent, add carrots and fry, add tomato and extinguish all together for about 5 minutes. Instead pomdora mzhna add 3 tbsp tomato sauce or 1 tablespoon tomato paste.
