Ingredients:

150 c. butter
2 tbsp. l. sour cream
350-400 gr. flour
1 h. l. baking powder or 0.5 hours. l. soda
1 sachet of vanillin
jam or marmalade
icing sugar for decoration
Preparation:
1. Sift flour with baking soda or baking powder. It must be done two or three times.
2. Beat eggs with sugar until the air mass.
3. Butter, grate or dice.
4. Rub hands or knife chopped butter into flour with fine chips.
5. Put in oil-flour crumb beaten egg, cream and vanilla.
6. Knead dense shortbread dough. Split ball obtained by two, each in a package and put away in the freezer for 1 hr.
7. For the filling you will need a thick jam or marmalade.
If watery jam, it can leak onto the baking and cake will burn strongly. Rectify the situation can advance if in a jam add 1 hour. l. starch and mix well so that lumps left.
