Fritters of onions. Surprisingly tasty and tender with a crispy crust. Onion frying loses its edge, and the smell becomes slightly sweet, it is difficult to guess what they are prepared. It turns out very tasty. Cost is not expensive and will not take much time to prepare.

INGREDIENTS

  • Onions - 3 pcs (350g.)
  • Salt- 1 / 2ch.l.
  • Sugar -1 / 2ch.l.
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Flour - 1-1,5st.l.
  • Soda - 1 / 3ch.l.
  • lemon juice - 1ch.l.
  • Step by step recipe for cooking
  • 3 medium sized bulb weighing 350 grams, finely cut and chopped with a knife. Put in a bowl, add half a teaspoon salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, black pepper to taste and stir, leaving as onions for 15-20 minutes.
    It took 20 minutes split 1 egg and mix. Add 1/3 tsp soda, put out soda 1 tsp lemon juice. Stir. Add 1 tablespoon of flour, stir, if the dough get watery, it happens because of the richness of onion, then you need to add another half-tablespoon flour. But the main thing here is not to overdo it with the flour. The pan pour vegetable oil, warm up. Put a tablespoon of dough and shape of pancakes. Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
