Black Prince Cake on kefir. This is one of those cakes, which can be useful for every occasion of life, whether it's a holiday or a family dinner. Sincere pleasure although easy to prepare. Chocolate cakes, cherry filling sour and sweet butter cream.

INGREDIENTYKefir- 250 ml. Eggs - 2 pcs. Cocoa powder - 40g. Flour - 300g. Sugar - 200g. Vanilla sugar - 1ch.l. Baking powder - 1,5ch.l. Butter - 80g. For the cream: Cream 33% - 200 gr. Sour cream 20% - 250r. Powdered sugar - 80 grams.

Step by step recipe for cooking

In a bowl break 2 eggs, add 200 g sugar, vanilla sugar.

Whisk mixer 5- 6 minutes. Until the eggs whipped Measure out 300 grams of flour, add 1.5 tsp baking powder. Adding 40 g of cocoa powder and sift and mix. Eggs well increased in volume, 250 ml of yogurt. Add 80 g of melted and cooled down butter. Stir. Add the flour and cocoa mix until uniform. Shape with a diameter of 18 cm baking it, cover paper for grease butter. Put the dough into the mold. Flatten. We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for approximately 45-50 minutes.
