All this is a small part of the indignation of those who are used to torment themselves with hunger in order to lose a few pounds and then happily eat them up again.

I have an early breakfast today because I have to do more work in the morning.

For breakfast I have a casserole with cherries (255 g) - 330 kcal. And green tea.

I was not too lazy, went to the kitchen, kneaded the dough in 5 minutes and sent it to the oven. Fortunately, cottage cheese, eggs and lavash are regular guests in my refrigerator. And after half an hour, practically without my participation (thanks to the oven), I have a delicious breakfast ready.

I am writing this and again I do not understand, some women who cannot find 5 minutes to prepare food and always complain about everything that anything: from lack of time to the global crisis, just to find excuses to do nothing and stay in your zone comfort.

Many recipes where our participation is minimized - mixed and sent to the oven or slow cooker. What prevents you from choosing from the many recipes those that are to the taste of the whole family? I know the answer. And you?

After breakfast I immediately sat down to work. Today I have to go to the clinic in the afternoon, again I will lose 4 hours of time.

I remembered that I cooked pork tongues and decided to do with 100 g of pork tongues for a snack with green tea 210 kcal.

Slowly she ate and worked. For lunch, I cooked a pot of borscht for a few days yesterday, so I don't need to cook dinner. By about 12 o'clock, I had already completed the main urgent work and decided to go and prepare something for tea for the evening. I have long wanted to bake a chocolate roll. Today the stars have come together - it's time for the roll.

It took very little time to prepare, considering that I am still filming the process on video for the blog.

For lunch, as planned, I ate borscht (450 g) with 10% sour cream (30 g) with homemade whole grain bread (40 g) and herring pate (30 g)

It turned out lunch for 335 kcal.

After lunch, a little household chores and ran to the minibus, shaking me in transport for 2 hours to the clinic.

I returned home with my husband, who took me away and brought home safe and sound. We returned just in time for dinner.

After yesterday's shawarma, I have one chicken breast baked in the oven. I decided to eat this breast with a salad for dinner. And mine is a holiday today - their favorite dumplings.

Dinner - 200 g of chicken baked with spices (garlic, salt, pepper) and vegetable salad (150 g total weight), dressed with a sauce of olive oil (3 g), lemon juice and pesto sauce (3 g).

Dinner turned out to be 355 kcal.

An hour after dinner with tea I tried a piece (80 g) of a roll, which I baked during the day -200 kcal.

In time for the evening, he was well soaked.

It turned out to be a wonderful roll!

During the day, I ate a small apple (80 g) - 35 kcal.

Result of the day: K - 1455. B - 125, F - 63, U - 84.

Do not forget about the rate of water (30 ml per 1 kg of weight). Today I have gone few steps because of work and travel. Basically, all the steps turned out on the road. I tried, if possible, not to sit in transport.

The clinic said that everything is going well and now I will continue on December 1. In the meantime, I'm recovering.
