Cake with fruits and berries, which always turns out delicious. Will surprise you with a lush fragrant dough and incredibly filling. To prepare it will take 15 minutes, not including baking. A minimum of ingredients - a maximum of taste!

Recipe:
Egg - 3pc.
Vanilla - to taste
Sugar - 200g.
Flour - 200r.
Baking powder -1ch.l.
Pear - 2 pcs. (Or the like. fruit)
Lingonberry - 100gr. (Or the like. berries)
Form diameter - 24 cm.
COOKING METHOD
In a bowl break 3 eggs, put 200 grams of sugar and beat with a mixer until a weight gain of about 3 times. Sugar must be dissolved and brighten weight, about 4-5minut at maximum speed.
Plummet 200 grams of flour, add 1 tsp baking powder and proseem the dough. Stir gently in one direction. As a filling you can use any berries and fruits I suggest getting 2 pears and cranberries 100g. Lingonberry I have frozen, defrost it is not necessary. Add to the batter and mix. Shape with a diameter of 24 cm for baking it, cover paper smazhem butter, sprinkle flour, shake off excess flour. We pour the dough flatten and put in preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, if the cake quickly browns but is not ready yet, you can cover with foil.
