Salad liver with egg pancakes. Salad turns out hearty and wonderfully delicious. It will not take a lot of time to cook, and taste will delight you.

INGREDIENTS

  • Liver kurinaya- 400g.
  • Onion - 1 piece.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - 3-4st.l.
  • COOKING METHOD
  • Carrots grate, chop onion. Pour into the pan a little vegetable oil put the onion and fry until translucent. Add the carrots and fry all the vegetables until tender spot.
    Break one egg into a bowl, salt, whisk in a frying pan and fry egg pancake. Likewise fry another 2 pancakes, you should get 3 pancake. We turn off immediately 3 pancake rolls and cut.
    Chicken livers boil in salted water and let it cool down. Cut into strips.
    Putting it in a salad bowl put the liver, carrots, onions, egg fritters, put 3 tablespoons mayonnaise and stir.
