Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp

Egg - 6 pcs.

Milk - 250 ml.

Cheese - 100gr.

Sheep cheese - 100gr.

Greens - to taste

COOKING METHOD

In a bowl break the eggs, add the milk, grated cheese, vegetable oil, fresh herbs.

Now we take pita bread and tear it into small pieces and add to the egg-cheese mass. Stir. Shift the dough in the shape, level, put in the oven and bake at 200 degrees about 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
