Ingpedienty:
400 gr. fresh small mushrooms
4 cloves of garlic
1.5 tsp. sesame seeds
50 ml. refined vegetable oil, preferably sesame
3 tbsp. l. rice or cider vinegar
2 tbsp. l. soy sauce
pinch of ground coriander
parsley or cilantro
5-6 peas of black pepper
3 pea allspice
2 bay leaves
0.5 hours. l. salt
Preparation:
1. Champignon rinsed under cold running water.
For this recipe needs small mushrooms, about the same size, sturdy.
2. Parsley or cilantro rinse and dry.
3. Garlic clean.
4. Finely chopped parsley and peeled garlic.
5. Now prepare the marinade: In a bowl pour the vegetable oil, soy sauce and vinegar.
Add spices, garlic, parsley and bay leaf.
If you really want more sharpness dishes, then you can add chili pepper marinade.
6. Sesame fry in a dry frying pan and pour in the marinade.
7. Boil water in a pan with a small amount of salt.
Put in hot water mushrooms and cook for about 15 minutes after the boil over moderate heat.
8. Ready discard mushrooms in a colander or metallic sieve, to cool at room temperature.
9. Put chilled mushrooms in a bowl and pour the marinade.
Stir well to marinade has covered all the mushrooms.
10. Bowl with mushrooms need to close the lid or just a plate and leave to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
