Since then I have never ceased to wave, to prepare and decorate cakes. His pastries I regaled colleagues, friends and family. And once realized that desserts are not only bring joy to people, but also help me to solve problems and is easy to open any doors. In 2015, I decided to go to conquer America and quit his job. I had a tourist visa, and quite a bit of money. Spun as he could, he took up any job. Made cake, published it in his Instagram and new orders did not take long.

From the first order has been more than 3 years, and I've already learned a lot and made a huge number of cakes to order. But at some point I wanted to share the acquired knowledge and experience, so this blog was born.

For me, writing articles for the channel is not a simple process. In high school I did not like to write essays and do not understand their meaning. A pity, like now, these skills were useful to me. Each time the writing of the text translates for me into a complex and multi-stage operation.

First I write the text, and then after a couple of hours reread and look at it from the outside and I correct mistakes noticeable to me. When I think that the text is good, it takes my wife. It checks text for errors and looking to stylistically it looked passable. This is the most difficult stage for me, because I can write very, very sloppy. By the way, most of the texts I managed to publish without checking and so far is not enough time to correct mistakes in them.

When the text is ready, I'm starting to pick up the pictures. Most of the shoot myself in the cooking process, some of the photos I find on the Internet (such photographs are always signed by the author). Thus, from the moment of preparation of the dessert before its publication may take weeks, or even two. The fastest recipes can be published and for 1 hour, but then have to fix bugs.
