Very tasty potatoes on Karachai: the famous "Turshu"

I share the secrets of cooking a potato stuffed with meat. It's simple, hearty and delicious.

Ingredients:

1 kg potato
300 gr. pork or ground beef with fat
2 pcs. onions
100 gr. carrots
1 tbsp. l. tomato paste
2 garlic cloves
vegetable oil

salt
pepper

Preparation:

1. Average potatoes of the same size and shape wash clean.

Carefully cut out cores of, to get the cups. Crop potatoes at the bottom, so that they stand steadily in the pan.

2. In the beef add any spices. Do not forget the salt and pepper.

3. Onions cut into cubes.
Garlic is passed through the press or chop finely.

Add minced onion and garlic.

4. Prepared potatoes filled with meat, lightly tamping the filling with your fingers or a spoon.

5. Pour potato salted water to about half of tubers and boil until half on low heat.

6. For gravy chop the onion and carrot. Spasserovat roots in vegetable oil.

At the end of cooking salt, add 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste and pour a little water.

7. When the potatoes are cooked pour the gravy and simmer until fully cooked under the lid.
