Today cook a stunning, full-bodied, very nice snack cake. This cake is not exactly go unnoticed on the holiday table and will be appreciated by your guests.
Boiled carrots and boiled eggs rubbed on a coarse grater. Two salted herring to cut, chop into small pieces. It can be turned into a meat grinder, but I like it more if caught pieces.
Prepare the sauce:
4, processed cheese and cut into large post in the bowl of a blender.
Pour 200 ml hot milk. Whip cheese with milk until smooth. You can also melt the cheese in a saucepan over medium heat, along with the milk, stirring constantly.
The melting cheese add 2 tablespoons of sour cream topped.
Add mayonnaise, apple, only 2 tablespoons. How to cook see the link.
I add finely chopped red onion.
Graining tablespoon mustard. Well all mixed and sauce is ready!
I dressed with carrot sauce and mix.
Grated eggs, too, I fill the sauce and mix.
Herring also I fill the sauce and mix well.
Toast bread dries in a toaster or in a pan.
Each piece of the dried bread I rubbed with garlic.
Still gather crusts from the slices.
Spread on a dish a first layer of bread.
Distribute evenly in a herring sauce.
Spread the next layer of bread.
Spread a layer of carrot sauce.
Again the bread and egg on top of the last layer.
Boca grease with remaining sauce.
For decoration, I cut a cucumber into thin slices, using chistilki for vegetables.
I decorate the cake on the sides.
Adorn the top middle cubes salted salmon and onion rings. And a little bit of parsley leaves.
Cake send in the refrigerator for 4 hours brew and can bring to the table!
