Simple yet delicious dish. Recommend!
Ingredients:
1 kg potato
1 h. l. salt
0.5 hours. l. pepper
a pinch of nutmeg
100 gr. hard cheese
1 tbsp. l. butter
100 ml cream or sour
100ml milk
Preparation:
1. Wash potatoes, peel and boil until tender.
2. Mix in a bowl with milk and cream. Or you can use sour cream.
3. Drain the water from the final potato mash and a mash it.
4. Add to potato butter. If you have frozen oil with herbs and carrots, you can try to add that.
5. Beat the mashed potatoes with butter using a mixer or blender
6. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
7. Heat to warm or slightly hot state creamy milk mixture, but do not boil.
8. Pour the mixture into potatoes.
Beat again until the air mass.
9. Grease the baking dish with butter.
Put it in the potato mass, spread smooth and dense layer.
On top of the potatoes, grate the cheese.
10. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes before a beautiful crust.
Serve hot.
