Peking cabbage salad, crab sticks and corn

Ingredients:

1 fork of Chinese cabbage
1 pack of crab sticks
1 can of canned corn
greens
salt
pepper
mayonnaise
garlic and onion optional

Preparation:

1. Peking cabbage cut into strips or shavings, but do not chop thinly like normal cabbage.
2. Chop the greens.
3. Cut the crab sticks into cubes.
Combine everything in a salad bowl, salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise.

Korean carrot salad with chicken

Ingredients:

1 smoked chicken leg or half breast
200 gr. Korean carrots
1 can of canned corn
salt
mayonnaise

Preparation:

1. Separate the chicken meat from the bones and skins. If the skin does not bother you, then chop it finely along with the meat. Cubes or convenient bites.
2. In a salad bowl, mix dry canned corn, chicken and carrots.
3. Salt and season with mayonnaise or yogurt.

Salad with seaweed, crab sticks and egg

Ingredients:

250 g seaweed
1 head of onion
2 carrots
1 pack of crab sticks
2 eggs
salt
mayonnaise

Preparation:

1. Drain the seaweed in a colander to drain excess liquid.
2. Chop the crab sticks not very finely.
2. Chop the carrots on a coarse grater or with a knife in the form of straws, onions in half rings. Fry the onions with carrots.
4. Peel and chop or crush eggs with a fork.
5. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, salt, season with mayonnaise.

Salad with champignons, cucumbers and crab sticks

Ingredients:

1 can chopped canned mushrooms
1 pack of crab sticks
2 boiled eggs
2 medium fresh cucumbers
1 head of red onion
parsley
salt
mayonnaise

Preparation:

1. Peel and dice the onions and eggs.
2. Chop the crab sticks into strips or chop them up. Can be grated.
3. Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
4. Drain the liquid from the mushrooms and put in a salad bowl.
5. Add chopped parsley, crab sticks, onions, cucumbers and eggs to the mushrooms. Salad and season with mayonnaise.

It turns out very original and tasty.
