Recipe number 1 - snack bars

Ingredients:

1 glass of rice
egg
onion
vegetable oil
salt
pepper
flour for breading

How to cook:
1. Cook round rice into sticky porridge.
2. Chop the onions and fry in oil.
3. Put onion in warm rice. Add 1-2 eggs and a little flour. Season with salt and pepper. The mass should be very dense and sticky.
4. Blind cutlets, breaded in flour and fry on both sides until crusty. Serve with ketchup or mayonnaise.

Recipe number 2 - sweet

The method is very simple:

cook the most common "soft" and sticky rice. That is, the cheapest and with increased gluten. Cool the porridge. Add sugar to taste and be sure to a pinch of salt and a little vanillin.

Break a raw egg, add 1-3 tbsp. l. flour and stir well.
Leave for 5 minutes. During this time, the flour will absorb moisture and add a "sticky" effect.

Take rice porridge in small portions, form round, flattened cutlets.
Fry the patties over medium or low heat, not forgetting to gently turn the patties.

Sour cream (sweet or regular) and jam or jam are equally good for sweet rice cakes.

Here is another variation on the theme of rice cutlets - rice balls with filling.

The recipe is not complicated!

You will need round rice, boiled until sticky, salt, pepper, an egg, bread crumbs, flour and filling (cheese, cottage cheese, herbs, fried or boiled meat, mushrooms, vegetables, etc.).

Make balls of rice with a whisk, then roll in flour, dip in a beaten egg and breaded in breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
