Sauce "Tartarus" in Soviet style

Ingredients:

4 eggs
120 g sour cream
1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
1 hour l. mustard powder
2 pickled cucumbers
half a bunch of green onions
half lemon
1-2 pinches of salt
1 pinch pepper

How to cook:

1. Hard boil 2 eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. Grind boiled yolks with 2 raw yolks and mustard powder.
Beat the mixture, pouring in the oil in a thin stream.
2. Pickled cucumbers, green onions, boiled proteins, very finely chop, mix with sour cream. Add salt and pepper.
3. Combine the mixture with whipped yolks, pour in the juice of half a lemon, mix well. Done!

In French cuisine, tartare is served with cold fish, veal, eel, oysters, and French fries. We serve any fish, seafood, boiled potatoes.

Ranch sauce

Ingredients:

150 ml of yogurt or kefir
125 ml sour cream
a bunch of green onions
1 hour l. dry mustard
2 hours l. apple cider vinegar
1 clove of garlic
a bunch of fresh parsley and dill
pepper and salt to taste

How to cook:

1. Chop the onion and herbs. Peel and chop the garlic.
2. Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Ranch is the main sauce in any American's life, as it is used for salads or for dipping fresh vegetables. So they almost always have a can of homemade dressing in their fridge, like we have mustard or horseradish.

Spicy Salsa sauce

Ingredients:

500 gr. fresh tomatoes
1 large bell pepper
1 large onion
4 cloves of garlic
half a chilli pod
50 ml lemon
a bunch of cilantro, parsley, or arugula
spices and salt to taste

How to cook:

1. Cut the tomatoes in a cross, scald with boiling water and peel them off. Cut the peeled tomatoes into small cubes or grate.
2. Peel and grind the bell pepper.
3. Chop greens, onion and garlic. Can be passed through a blender.
4. Combine all ingredients, pour in lemon juice. Season with salt and spices. Let the sauce sit for 15 minutes to release the flavor. The sauce is ready!

Salsa is a traditional Mexican sauce that looks like a salad. Served with chips, crisps or tortilla.
It is stuffed with tacos, added to pasta (pasta), served with meat or fish.

Dzadziki sauce - Greek sauce τζατζίκι

Ingredients:

350 ml Greek yogurt or any other natural yogurt
1 small long-fruited cucumber
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. l. olive oil
a few drops of lemon juice
salt

How to cook:

1. Peel the cucumber and finely grate or grate. You can use a blender.
2. To taste, add chopped mint leaves, reyhan (purple basil), dill or parsley to the sauce.
3. Salt the sauce, add garlic puree and lemon juice. Mix. Pour in olive oil.

In Greece, this sauce is served with meat - souvlaki kebabs or with jiros - meat with vegetables in pita bread. We have baked and fried fish, meat, potatoes, dumplings or with rye bread.

Classic Italian dressing

Ingredients:

3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 hour l. Italian spices (oregano, basil, rosemary)
2 pinches of ground pepper

How to cook:

1. Grate garlic in a container with a lid (small jar). Add oil, vinegar, pepper and herbs. Salt to taste.
2. Cap the jar and shake vigorously to mix.

This dressing option gives the fresh vegetable salads a slight sourness and rich spicy taste. They can be used to season a Greek salad or Caesar.
