Ladies, today is just a short story about how to feed your family and stay alive at the same time.
In short, if you come home from work and are very tired that there is no time for food, but big and small households are staring at you with hungry eyes - cook this lazy rice.
It always turns out and it's really delicious!
Ingredients:
chicken (drumsticks, thighs, chicken legs)
2 cloves of garlic
1 head of onion
50 gr. butter (vegetable can be used)
2 cups rice
2-3 cups boiling water
2 bouillon cubes or 1 tbsp. l. universal seasoning
salt
Bay leaf
How to cook:
1. Dissolve cubes or seasoning in 2-3 tbsp. l. boiling water. Then with 1 glass of hot or boiling water. If there is a real broth, then generally class. We replace water with broth, without cubes.
2. Chop the peeled onions and garlic finely.
3. Rinse rice, mix with onion and garlic. Add vegetable or butter melted butter to it.
4. Pour hot broth from cubes or real broth (meat, mushroom, vegetable) and another 1-2 glasses of boiling water into rice.
5. Put all of this mass in a deep baking sheet or baking dish. And right on top we spread our chicken, which is: chicken legs, thighs drumsticks. The bird must be salted and sprinkled with broth.
Stick a couple of laurel leaves into the rice.
6. Put the mold in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and that's it, go about our business or just sit down with the phone.
7. After 20 minutes, open the oven and look, stir the rice and, if necessary, add hot water.
Return to the oven until tender. For about another 10-20 minutes.
For this dish, any seasoning, roast carrots and onions or fried mushrooms are suitable. It is better to make such blanks in advance.
