Zucchini casserole with minced meat: juicy, tender and very tasty

Ingredients:

2 zucchini (700-750 gr.)
0.5 kg minced meat
2 eggs
onion
bell pepper
50 gr. cheese
dill
2 hours l. sour cream
1 hour l. dry garlic (granular or powder) or 2 cloves fresh
1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
1 hour l. ground pepper mixture
salt

How to cook:

1. Wash the vegetables. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and add a little salt. Set aside in a bowl to release the juice.

2. Chop finely clean and dried dill.

3. Pepper the seeds and remove the stalk. Cut it into thin strips or small cubes.

4. Also chop the onions finely.

5. Salt the minced meat (preferably chicken or turkey, or mixed), add the ground mixture of peppers and dry garlic (fresh through a press), mix.

6. Then add the chopped onion and zucchini, which must be thoroughly squeezed out in order to drain the excess juice.

7. The last stage is bell pepper and dill. They are introduced at the end, since minced meat will be less juicy and easier to knead.

Break large eggs here. Taste the minced meat with salt and add salt if necessary. Mix everything well.

8. Grease the dish with vegetable oil, put the prepared casserole mixture into it with a spoon. Distribute according to the shape, tamping with a spoon or palm. The denser the better.

9. Grease the top of the casserole with sour cream or mayonnaise.

10. Put the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Then take it out, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake again for another 10 minutes.

A delicious, inexpensive and hearty zucchini casserole is ready!
