Kefir dough for pies, it is better than the yeast

Baking from it turns lush, soft and porous. You can cook the patties, buns, pizza or cakes.

Ingredients:

0.5 liters of kefir
4.5-5 cups of flour
50 oz. butter
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 h. l. salt
1 h. l. soda with slide
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Sift flour twice three glasses.

2. Rub the flour with the soft butter until crumbs state.

3. Beat in egg bowl with sugar and salt.

4. Add egg yogurt and vegetable oil to the egg mass.

5. Pour the resulting mixture into a flour, dough kneading start. Pour the flour and knead the remains delicate dough that does not stick to hands.

6. Roll out dough on a greased table not thicker than 1 cm.

7. Sprinkle the dough with baking soda. Fold in half and roll out a little bit more time to sprinkle baking soda.

Repeat folding and seeding the soda until the end. 4 times or even five rolling and seeding the need.

8. Dough obmyat to soda distributed therein.

9. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and leave on the table.

10. Ready to cut the dough into equal pieces and you can immediately start baking pies.

The filling may be any apples, rice with egg, cheese, potatoes and fried onions or pluck.

You can fry patties in a frying pan and bake in the oven. It turns out very lush, soft and delicious pirozhochki. It looks like the yeast!
