Delicate, airy with a light pleasant sourness - these pancakes are delicious! They can be served with honey, jam, ghee, or sour cream.
Ingredients:
300 ml of kefir
350 gr. flour
1 hour l. soda
lemon juice and zest optional
5 tbsp. l. Sahara
0.5 tsp l. salt
vegetable oil for frying
How to cook:
1. Keep kefir out of the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Then pour into a deep bowl, add baking soda and leave for 5 minutes.
2. Wash the lemon and pour over with boiling water. Remove the zest from the lemon with a grater, and then squeeze the juice out of its half.
3. Pour the zest into kefir and pour in lemon juice. Also add sugar and stir lightly.
A fluffy cap of bubbles will appear on the surface of the kefir mixture - it should be so.
4. At the end, add sifted flour into the mixture.
5. Knead the dough until smooth so that it is airy and smooth.
6. Heat the pan, grease the oil and start spreading 1 tbsp. l. dough in the form of pancakes. They swell very well and become lush before our eyes.
Bake the products until golden brown on both sides.
