Pork ribs in the oven or on the grill

There are a minimum of ingredients, but the result is excellent! A delicious meat dish can be prepared anywhere.

Ingredients:

2-3 kg of pork ribs
2 tbsp. l. mustard
1 hour l. salt without top
1 hour l. ground black pepper
head of garlic
soy sauce
BBQ sauce or dare kebab ketchup with ground spices

How to cook:

1. Prepare ribs - if there is a lot of fat on the ribs, then it can be cut off. Wash thoroughly and cut into desired pieces of 2-4 ribs or form with a large ribbon.

2. Grate ribs with coarse salt, ground black pepper, chopped garlic or passed through a press.

3. Brush the ribs with mustard and drizzle with soy sauce. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

4. Put the ribs on a baking sheet with a layer of fat on top and in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Depending on the size of the ribs, bake for 1-1.5 hours.

If you cook on the grill, then put the ribs on the contrary - fat down. First fry on one side, then turn over and bring to the desired condition.

5. Brush the hot ribs with BBQ sauce and serve.

It is very tasty to serve baked pork ribs on Armenian lavash with fresh vegetables and herbs.

And don't forget the delicious sauces for barbecue and dishes on the grill.
