Cottage cheese and peach dessert: a healthy breakfast for summer

The combination of creamy curd and sweet juicy summer peaches is the best thing in the morning. Try it yourself!

Ingredients:

2 large ripe peaches
1 pack of low-fat cottage cheese (preferably pasty)
2 tbsp. l. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 hour l. orange or lemon zest
1 glass of any berries
2 hours l. chopped walnuts
150-200 ml cream

How to cook:

1. Whip cold cream with icing sugar. You can use a can of whipped cream or use creamy peach yogurt.

2. Wash the peaches, divide into halves. It is advisable to carefully remove the skin from them.

Then put the walnuts in the middle of the peach, sprinkle with sugar, wrap in foil and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Get hot peaches, cool.

3. Wash, dry and beat the berries in a blender, add sugar or powder, but this is not necessary.

4. Put the dessert in a transparent portioned dish in layers: unsweetened low-fat curd, then half a peach with nuts, pour cream over everything, a layer of berry puree and curd again.

On it the second half of the peach is turned over with the convex part up.

Garnish with berry puree, cream and citrus zest.
