Fry the onions and carrots in strips in vegetable oil until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Grease the cakes with mayonnaise or sour cream and layered with frying. It would be nice to hold the finished assembled cake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.

Zucchini cake with smoked cheese and cucumbers

In this case, the cheese is sausage. Plus fresh cucumbers and garlic. Grate everything.
Grease the cakes with mayonnaise, sprinkle with garlic, cheese and cucumbers.

Fry the onion in half rings. Boil or bake fillets of pink salmon or other low-bone fish.

This is the most difficult cake in terms of filling and execution, but at the same time it is also the most delicious. Absolutely all men of any age sweep him off the table. And if you do not add garlic, then the kids will ask for supplements.

The layers here are as follows: carrots fried with onions, grated cheese, fried minced chicken or meat (you can chop smoked chicken or bacon), and also make a layer with mushroom frying.

Thoroughly grease everything with sour cream or mayonnaise, put it in a cake, sprinkle with cheese and be sure to put it in the oven for 5-10 minutes so that everything is properly connected.
