4 red bell peppers
clove of garlic

How to cook:
1. Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 160 degrees.
2. Peeled baked peppers, put in a saucepan with boiling water, cook for 5 minutes.
3. Peel the garlic and put it through a press.
4. Add garlic, basil, salt to the pepper. Boil.
Beat the prepared sauce with a blender and cool.
Armenian sauce
Ingredients:
0.5 bunch of green cilantro, basil and parsley
onion
3 cloves of garlic
200 ml tomato sauce or ketchup, you can mince tomatoes
0.5 tsp each l. salt, black pepper and sugar
How to cook:
1. In a blender, beat the herbs with the onion and sauce.
2. Season with salt, add sugar and pepper.
Spicy sauce
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. l. tomato paste
3 tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 pod of hot or hot pepper
salt
black pepper
2 cloves of garlic
parsley or basil
How to cook:
1. Chop all vegetables and put in a blender bowl along with garlic and herbs. The seeds of the peppers must be removed!
2. Grind the mass in a blender or in a meat grinder.
3. Add the tomato paste and heat the mixture over low heat. If necessary, pour in 0.5 cups of boiling water and vary the density.
4. Beat again with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.
White sauce
Ingredients:
150 ml sour cream or yogurt
150 ml mayonnaise
bunch of cilantro
a few green onions
salt
pepper
2-3 walnut kernels (optional)
How to cook:
1. Finely chop the greens and onions. Chop the nuts into crumbs and grind with herbs. Add a couple pinches of pepper and the same amount of salt.
2. Pour greens with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. Add salt to taste. Garlic can be added.
