I welcome you to my channel.
Here is the territory for those who want to lose weight or just keep an eye on their figure.
On my channel, I share not only the experience of losing weight (already minus 57 kg) and the menu for the day, but also recipes for low-calorie dishes, on which I continue to lose weight.
Today I want to bring to your attention a recipe for chicken bombs stuffed with cheese, walnuts and prunes - the perfect combination.
Ingredients:
- chicken breast (I have 3 pieces - 930 g, of which 6 layers for bombs turned out),
- prunes - 50 g
- walnuts - 25g,
- low-fat cheese (40g),
- garlic - 10g,
- salt, black pepper, paprika.
Preparation:
We prepare all the ingredients.
Chop the garlic finely.
Chop walnuts and prunes smaller, but not into crumbs, so that you can feel their taste.
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
Next, mix cheese, garlic, nuts and prunes in a bowl.
Chicken breast fillet cut into 2 parts, spreading them with a knife (the video shows how I do this. Link to YouTube at the end of the article).
Beat off the chicken fillet slightly.
And then salt and pepper each piece, put the filling in the middle and form something like a ball - a "bomb".
Put all the bombs on a baking sheet, seams down. Add salt, pepper and sprinkle with paprika.
We send to the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Be guided by your oven, the main thing is not to overexpose, so that the bombs are juicy.
