I want to offer you a recipe for a salad with chicken breast and canned pineapple.
I really like this salad, it combines the light sweetness of pineapple and the piquancy of garlic.
And a light refueling will not harm the figure at all.
✅ For the salad, you will need the following ingredients (for 2-3 servings for a full meal):
- chicken breast baked in the oven with salt and pepper - 210 g,
- canned pineapple - 160 g,
- 2 boiled eggs - 120 g,
- semi-hard cheese - 70 g, preferably less than 45% fat,
- garlic, 2 large cloves - 10 g.
For dressing per serving:
- 50-60 g of soft cottage cheese (or classic yogurt),
- 5 g (1 teaspoon) mustard - I like it with Bavarian mustard,
- salt, black pepper to taste.
Let's cook!
I baked the chicken breast with salt, black pepper and paprika beforehand.
A salad is much tastier with a baked breast than with a boiled one.
And then we cut all the products.
Cut the pineapples into small cubes.
We cut the chicken breast in the same way as pineapples.
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the garlic. Be sure to add garlic to the salad, it adds spice and enriches the taste of the salad.
I cut the eggs using an egg cutter.
Mix everything in a bowl. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days.
Season the salad when serving with soft cottage cheese mixed with mustard, salt and pepper.
