I would like to share with you another recipe for baked cheesecakes, and not just cheesecakes, but apple cheesecakes!

✅ For the preparation of cheese cakes (for 1 portion) I needed the following products:

  • cottage cheese 9% - 180 g,
  • protein of 1 chicken egg (it is convenient when making fried cheesecakes for a family - leave 1 protein for your low-calorie ones),
  • whole grain rice flour - 20-30 g (you can use whole wheat flour).
  • apple - 90 g (net weight).
  • a pinch of vanillin, baking powder,
  • 3 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet = 5 g sugar).

✅Cooking.

We mix cottage cheese and protein, add sweetener and vanillin.

Add flour depending on how much wet cottage cheese you have. The thinner the curd, the more flour (from 20 to 30 grams).

Rub the apple on a coarse grater. Mei had 1 apple per 90 g net weight. For a richer flavor, you can use 2 small apples (about 150 g net weight). It is better to squeeze the juice from the apple.

We mix the curd mass with the apple.

We lay out the resulting dough in baking tins.

I use silicone molds and do not lubricate them with anything.

Put in the oven at 180-190 degrees for 20 minutes.

We take out and enjoy delicious and aromatic baked cheese cakes with apple flavor.

I usually prepare the dough in the evening, and in the morning I have a wonderful breakfast in 20 minutes. Or you can bake it in the evening, and in the morning just warm up the cheesecakes or eat them cold - it all depends on your tastes.

By the same principle, you can make cheese cakes with pear (it is better to use a harder pear so that it is not very juicy)
