The question often arises - what to cook for a side dish. Groats are tired, you shouldn't eat a lot of potatoes, pasta from durum wheat is not suitable for everything. And in general, I want something like that.

And today I want to remind you about a wonderful side dish - fresh green pea puree.

Aromatic, healthy with rich taste! And how bright and delicious it is!

I needed:

  • green peas 400 g (I have frozen),
  • green onions - a small bunch,
  • mint leaves 10 pcs,
  • olive oil - 5 g,
  • butter - 10 g,
  • salt, black pepper.

Cooking.

Chop the onion and mint at random and fry in a drop of olive oil.

Add green peas to the greens and fry until tender.

Salt and pepper.

Pour the green peas into a blender and add the butter.

We puree everything well.

So our healthy, tasty and aromatic green pea puree is ready!
