I will tell about myself. All my adult life I have been fighting overweight. When it is successful and when it is not very good. But I was never enough for a long time and more often - the weight returned. Weight returned, and besides, even more than it was.

In May 2018, I realized that I had to look for a completely different approach to losing weight and health. And you need to start not with the search for fashionable diets, but with yourself, with your head.

Only by realizing that your eating behavior must be controlled not only during the diet, but throughout your life - everything will turn out and the lost kilograms will not return.

In May 2018, I weighed 132 kg and was 172 cm tall. To say that it was hard for me to carry such a weight is to say nothing.

But I came to the conclusion that I need to change my lifestyle, otherwise excess weight will not lead to anything good.

After a long study of the information, I chose, in my opinion, one of the best ways to lose weight - proper nutrition combined with a calorie deficit.

And now, in January 2020, I said goodbye to 59 extra pounds and I had very little left to my ideal.

I never dreamed of such a result. Since childhood, according to BMI (body mass index), I have been obese. And now, BMI is already normal.

At the same time, I do not completely limit myself from "terrible foods for losing weight", I eat potatoes, pasta, bananas, baked goods. I adapt my favorite recipes, cooking them less high in calories and more healthy, counting calories and leaner.

And I'll move on to my menu for the day.

I planned Saturday day à la carte like a normal day with a calorie deficit, without any load and excess calorie intake. But things didn't go according to plan.

My breakfast consisted of two sandwiches on Darnitsa bread (50 g. I still can't bake homemade whole grain bread, but today I will definitely improve). I spread the bread with cottage cheese (15 g) and fish paste (45 g).

It turned out breakfast for 300 kcal. I don't forget about vitamins and omega-3s.

After breakfast we went on business. I had to sort out the documents and stop by the store on the way back.

For lunch, I was ordered today to wind shawarma and when I returned, I started making homemade PP shawarma. While I was cooking - my husband just in vain seduced me! Seduced into an amber drink. So we got worn out in the first half of the day, that I agreed without hesitation.

And this is almost 400 kcal to the diet! Well, I immediately decided that I had a load today, all doubts are gone - we are resting.

Lunch - huge PP shawarma with chicken, tomato, pickled cucumber and Korean carrots - more vegetables.

Shawarma went to 520 kcal.

After such a long and hearty dinner, and even with an amber drink, only at 20 o'clock I wanted to have something to eat. And I knew for sure that I wanted curd.

I got a dinner: 120 g of cottage cheese, 100 g of yogurt and 25 g of dried cranberries - 325 kcal.

In just a day, it turned out 1545 kcal. But there is no surplus!

And today I was not friends with the drinking regime, although I tried. Tomorrow 100% water will be added to the body.
