Greetings to everyone who is deliciously losing weight!

And the fact that slimming is tasty is possible - I know from myself. My result is minus 59 kg since May 2018 and I continue to lose weight and share with you the recipes for the dishes that are included in my diet.

Today I want to offer you a recipe for an open meat pie - delicious and satisfying!

âś…Ingredients for 2 open cakes:

  • 100 g of cottage cheese 9%,
  • 1 egg (only need protein)
  • whole wheat flour (rice flour can be used) - 50 g,
  • a pinch of salt and baking powder.

For filling:

  • minced meat (I have 50/50 chicken breast and lean pork (= 100 g) + 50 g onions) - only 150 g,
  • a tomato,
  • cheese (I have 40 g of suluguni).
  • salt, black pepper in minced meat.
  • dry basil.

Cooking.

The first step is to prepare the dough.

We mix all the ingredients for the dough.

We knead well.

Divide into 2 parts and spread with wet hands on a baking sheet (I use a silicone baking mat) and form the sides are low.

We send to the oven for 180 g for 15-20 minutes.

Fry the minced meat in advance in a pan without oil, so that it does not burn, add water. Do not forget to salt and pepper the minced meat.

Cut the tomato into small cubes, cheese rem on a coarse grater.

We take out the blanks for the pie from the oven.

Put the fried minced meat, finely chopped tomato into them, sprinkle with dried basil and cheese.

We send it to the oven at 180 degrees for another 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
