Good day to all and delicious weight loss.
And the fact that it is tasty and satisfying to eat and lose weight is possible - I know for sure, because I myself have already lost 59 kg, eating by no means only vegetables and fresh boiled breast.
Curd dough is one of my favorites - it is almost universal.
With him you can make pizza, khachapuri, donuts - and I eat all this and lose weight!
And today I want to tell you about the recipe for cottage cheese bagels with cheese.
I thought for a long time what form to make baking. At first I thought of making them in the form of mini pasties or flat cakes, then I decided to sculpt curd sticks with cheese filling - but it seemed complicated and long all this.
And in the end, I decided to ask for help from the omniscient Internet and spied on such bagels.
✅Ingredients:
- cottage cheese 9% - 200 g,
- 1 chicken egg
- rice flour 60 g (only one type of flour can be used (80 g),
- whole grain wheat flour 20 g.
- 1/2 teaspoon sweetener
- a pinch of salt.
- 50 g low-fat semi-hard cheese (suluguni can be used)
✅Cooking.
I want to warn you right away that the dough is not easy to work with - it is tender, sticks to your hands and breaks. We'll have to be patient and not be nervous).
Mix 200 g of cottage cheese, 1 egg, a pinch of salt, 50 g of rice flour and 20 g of whole wheat and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
Knead thoroughly.
About 10 g of rice flour will still be used for adding when rolling the dough.
After kneading the dough, put it on a surface sprinkled with flour and gently distribute it over the surface with your hands, at the end we help ourselves with a rolling pin to distribute it evenly.
Cut into 8 pieces.
Three cheese on a fine grater and spread on each piece.
We roll up the bagels, carefully picking up the dough and helping with a spatula or knife.
We seal the sides of the bagels.
We spread it on a baking sheet - I use a silicone mat when baking.
We send to the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
We serve hot.
I wound the bagels in advance and put them in a cold oven, and by the time I needed, I turned on the oven and baked some tasty treats for my family and myself.
