Greetings and wish you all delicious and satisfying weight loss!
I hope that everyone already understands that in order to lose weight and not harm your health, you need to eat. But not convey! The main thing is to eat balanced.
By my example and experience, I want to convey to you that losing weight without starving is real. Yes, not quickly, but somewhere tedious (it is tedious, not difficult, I did not seal myself).
But effectively, without breakdowns and depressions.
Since May 2018, I have lost 60 extra pounds. My initial weight was 132 kg with a height of 172 cm. And all this thanks to proper nutrition and, most importantly, calorie counting.
I continue to slim down and share my menus and recipes.
And today I want to offer you the simplest recipe for chicken breast baked in sour milk under a cheese crust.
Sour milk in this recipe can be replaced with kefir, yogurt, yogurt.
✅Ingredients I needed:
- chicken breast - I have 2 fillets - 540 g,
- curdled milk - 150 g,
- any low-fat cheese (up to 45%), you can suluguni - 60 g.
- salt, lemon pepper, black pepper, dry garlic, dry basil.
✅Cooking.
I cut each chicken breast fillet lengthwise into 2 parts.
Marinated in spices - salt, a good pinch of lemon pepper, a little dry basil, black pepper, a good pinch of dry garlic.
If you do not have lemon pepper, I recommend adding 1/4 teaspoon of lemon peel.
Rub the spices into the breast, rinse the chicken well and place in a baking dish.
While the breast is marinated, rub the cheese on a coarse grater and measure out 150 g of yogurt (or kefir).
Fill the breast with curdled milk, it is desirable that the whole breast is covered with curdled milk and sprinkle with grated cheese.
We send it to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Simple, fast and delicious!
Enjoy your meal!
KBZHU per 100 g: K - 171, B - 27.56, F - 5.93, U - 1.52.
