Good day to all and delicious weight loss!
Every day I share my menu and talk about how I lost 60 kilograms from 132 kilograms (with an increase of 172 cm).
But all the time I get messages like this: "how to lose weight", "tell me how you lost weight", "I really want to lose weight like you, what should I do and where to start."
I simply cannot describe to everyone personally what I have been describing in my blog for over a year. In almost every article I say that a calorie deficit is necessary (very small - only 15%). Each article has a link to a cheat sheet that describes the main points for those who want to lose weight, but do not know where to start (and this article also has a link!)
Why am I doing this. If you only look at pictures, dream of losing weight and ask me questions like the ones mentioned above, I can only shrug.
Since I understand that it is useless to answer you, you will not even read the answer or just skim your eyes without delving into it. You are too lazy! And you are too lazy to lose weight! And you won't do anything! Since it's easy to read the information that I try to convey to people every day - you are too lazy!
I wonder how many people have read to the end now?)
Overpower your laziness and you will definitely succeed!
By the way, my checkweigh on Friday went great for me.
The weight is slowly disappearing. Let it be 300 - 400 g, but it goes away.
Yes, and now I have nowhere to rush, there are a few extra pounds left.
How is your weigh-in before the holidays? Pleased you? Share!
I'll go to the menu.
Let me remind you that in the morning on an empty stomach, I drink a glass of water and a glass before each meal. I get the rest of the norm during the day.
For breakfast sandwiches on whole grain bread (75 g) with canned tuna pate (35 g) and avocado (45 g) and squash caviar (60 g). And of course my day doesn't start without green tea.
Breakfast came out on 400 kcal.
Someone's day starts with a cup of coffee. And I never thought that I could not do without green tea, and even without sugar. This is how tastes change.
At work, I had a bite of cottage cheese and oatmeal cookies (35 g) and measured out 20 g of dried cranberries and peanuts.
In total it turned out 260 kcal.
Somehow I didn't think about myself today and by lunchtime I had nothing, plus I still worked and realized at 13 o'clock that it was time for lunch.
It's good that I accidentally grabbed a piece of turkey breast when I got minced meat for pancakes that I wanted to cook as a present for my husband's parents on Saturday.
So, coming to my senses, I boiled buckwheat, and cut a piece of breast into 2 parts and fried it in a non-stick frying pan without oil in spices. Some vegetables and lunch is ready! only half an hour later than I usually have lunch.
Lunch fried turkey breast without oil in spices (200 g, raw weight), 100 g of boiled buckwheat and 100 g of vegetables (cherry and cucumber.
It turned out lunch for 360 kcal.
For dinner, I have a vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber, green tea) seasoned with 10% sour cream (20 g) and chicken breast, which I baked for the whole family for dinner (about 200 g).
It turned out to be a dinner for 300 kcal.
And in the evening, according to tradition, with tea I ate dried mango on 70 kcal.
In just a day it turned out 1390 kcal.
Have you noticed that I began to slowly increase my daily calorie intake? So far, I'm trying to increase it by at least 50 kcal and no more than 100.
I gradually prepare the body for the transition to normal. I decided to do this.
A minute of fameš¤£:
Look! Even "millionaires" read me!
It's a pity that my rogue menu won't help her lose weight, and foie gras is a little fat after all.
And only my Buska doesn't care that she is fat and it would be time for her to lose weight, she doesn't worry about anything at all!
Reminder.
