Good day and delicious weight loss.
Here we lose weight deliciously, satisfyingly, without fanaticism and we wish you the same! And we do not fall into coma from one type of potatoes, pasta and bananas.
In almost 2 years, I got rid of a calorie deficit and about PP (PP - proper nutrition) from 60 extra pounds. Currently, I am slowly but surely slimming down further - going to my ideal weight. And along the way, I share with you the menu and recipes for the dishes that are included in my diet.
Today on the agenda is fish soup made from fresh pink salmon (not canned, although you can use it) and processed cheese.
It's delicious!
Be sure to try it to rate.
✅Ingredients:
- fresh frozen pink salmon (I have a tail from which I got 280 g of boiled fish without bones),
- potatoes - 640 g (4-5 medium pieces),
- onion 1 small thing - 60 g,
- small carrots - 50 g,
- processed cheese - 200 g,
- frozen green peas - 100 g,
- water - 2 liters.
- salt, bay leaf 2-3 things, 4-5 allspice peas.
✅Cooking.
Finely chop onions, carrots (or three on a coarse grater) and send them to fry in a pan without oil. We add water to prevent it from burning.
At the same time we put a pot of water (I have 2 liters of water).
As soon as the water starts to boil, add salt and send the fish to the pan.
You don't need to cut the fish in portions. I cut the tail in 2 pieces to fit into the pan.
Cook the fish for 20-25 minutes - until tender.
As soon as the fish is ready, we take it out of the broth and separate it from the bones.
Don't forget about onions and carrots. As soon as they are half finished, add green peas to them and bring them almost to readiness.
Add potatoes to the broth and boil almost until cooked, then send frying, bay leaf, allspice to the potatoes.
Place the processed cheese and stir well.
When the cheese is completely melted and stirred, put the fish pieces into the soup and add greenfinches.
Let it boil and remove from heat.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs when serving. Enjoy your meal!
This soup can also be made from canned pink salmon. We do everything the same way, just add the fish from the jar at the end, let it boil and remove from heat.
