Good day to all and delicious weight loss!

Yes, I wish everyone a delicious weight loss, and even hearty weight loss, because I know that it is possible.

I know not to go hungry and stick to strict diets. One of the surest paths to tasty, balanced weight loss is calorie counting and balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

My minus 60 kg is proof of this. And already not only mine, but also a huge number of subscribers who are successfully slimming down and proud of themselves and their results.

In addition to the fact that we eat tasty and satisfying, we are not afraid of potatoes, bananas, pasta and all other products that are ranked among the enemies of weight loss.

And today I want to share with you a delicious recipe potato soup with meatballs.

The soup is hearty, but at the same time has a good CBJU.

✅Ingredients:

  • Minced lean pork (I have a shoulder, all the fat is cut off) - 300 g,
  • Minced chicken breasts - 300 g,
  • 1 large onion in soup - 110 g and I turned a small onion into minced meat - 50 g.
  • 1 medium carrot - 70 g
  • potatoes - 720 g,
  • 2 liters of water
  • salt, 6-7 peas of allspice, bay leaf, herbs, if desired, a universal vegetable seasoning.

✅Cooking.

It is very good if you are a thrifty housewife and you always have various minced meat in the freezer.

I’m all out of stock.

Therefore, I turned the meat and set aside 300 g of minced chicken breasts and minced pork (shoulder) for the soup.

Minced meat salted, pepper, added universal vegetable seasoning. Everything to your taste.

We put a saucepan with 2 liters of water on the fire.

While the water is boiling, finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Cut the potatoes into medium pieces.

The water has boiled - salt to taste (I have about 2/3 tablespoon of salt) and add carrots and onions to the water.

As soon as the carrots and onions are boiled until half cooked, we send the potatoes to the broth.

The water boiled again - add allspice, bay leaf.

We form meatballs with wet hands and add to the broth one by one.

The soup starts to boil - turn down the heat and do not forget to skim off the foam.

Cook over low heat until tender. The meatballs float up - check the potatoes for readiness.

When the soup is almost ready, add the herbs (I have frozen dill) and let stand for another 5 minutes.
